Ho-hum... wore something really funky to school today, but karma hit me at point blank; I ended up forgetting my ID and dropping my cellular phone in the car. Good thing I was able to get my phone... the lack of an ID caused some minor inconviniences though.
Anyway.
English 12 was a free cut, but my class wasn't granted the same grace in Literature 14... in fact, because some ditzy bitch (i.e. Kakai) and a few other unmentionables were really noisy during my group's report, our play for Oedipus Rex got cancelled and the whole class had to take a quiz. VERY annoying. There are some days where I wish I had the ability to stitch mouths shut for those who refuse to quit gabbing off.
Khursten, Joanne and I attended Physics class for the first time in a while (we cut the last two sessions); suffice to say, a lot of people were surprised to see us. Our reward for being conscientious students? Being utterly confused and brain-fried over Ma'am Morales' infamous discussions.
Guy From Foreigner's Filipino class was being annoying again. Joanne and I did our fair share of ranting about him before Lab period. During Lab period, we [my group] all lost even more brain cells over the experiment. Can't say that I really learned, but well... it WAS fun.
Had an adventure out of campus with Leo getting drinks for our Formations talk. Things went well in that department, but now I'm home and I'm dead tired.
Little brother was wandering about in my room; he was spinning around for a bit until he got dizzy. This was a state that he apparently found very interesting. To quote from him: "Whoa, I'm all dizzy! ...Cool."
o_O
I think... I need... to go... to sleep.

Monday was a strange highlight of the week in itself thus far. I woke up at the time I was supposed to leave the house for school that day (6:15 for the record), but arrived on time nevertheless. Went to the Rizal Library since Sir Vince had turned our English 12 class into a library tour. I got to mark the latecoming idiots (i.e. Jaton, Kakai) because sir had me check attendance. Divine justice, I tell you.
My group presented the first half of our report on Oedipus Rex in Literature 14... we didn't get grilled THAT badly. Then there was the break period which was spent partaking of the food bazaar down near the quad and coming up with zany polls for the Endtimes characters with Khursten. The lists we managed to put together were Whorability (root word being 'whore', mind you ^_^), Who You Would Want to Marry the Most and The Pair You'd Want to Have a Threesome With. Fun, fun, fun for everyone who was at the table with us at the time. To say that we cut Physics again would be unnecessary.
Spent Monday night downloading like crazy, and fixed all of the new files I got this morning. Math 11 class today was pretty cool because Sir Pangilingan taught us some interesting tricks for solving Systems of Linear Equations.
Had a LONG break; it went by decently enough. Khursten, Joane, Emil and I were reading through this book on the Zodiac and determining who was compatible. After Khursten left and Mayene came along, we all had this very interesting talk about sex before we had to go on our separate ways.
Peter was cute as always on the ride home; we bought some Cherry Coke and Cheese Curls, though he still wanted to add in some Hershey's Kisses (I would have agreed, were it not for my poor, empty wallet). At the moment, my arms don't smart as much over the workout I had earlier during PE 105. I honestly believe that I was exercised more in Taekwando though.
Still downloading, still writing profiles. Doing that seems to be as natural as breathing to me sometimes.

Since I kicked back late last night, I should've slept for longer. Regardless of this perfectly logical reason, all attempts at burying even further into my cocoon of blankets this morning proved fruitless, and I ended up rousing early anyway. My biological clock is in need of some serious tuning.
Went out to eat breakfast. Paolo was playing Diablo II on the PC outside my room. Ventured to Robinson's Galleria with my mother; purchased some sports accessories and a number of feminine unmentionables while waiting for the right time to pick my little brother up from his slumber party in the nearby hotel.
Yes, he has some pretty rich classmates.
Father dear and Pio picked us up once Peter was done; we all went to Eastwood and ate at Country Waffles. Many things were discussed, one being how we pray that our mother will not bear another child, especially if it happens to be a girl.
Attempted to drop by CCHQ on the way home. It was closed. Arrived at my humble abode the moment 3:00 turned twenty minutes old. And Paolo was still playing Diablo II.
I just came back from attending Mass (the priest was some dark, big Indian guy who sounded like the dude in the train station in The Matrix Revolutions), and I'm wrapping up some downloads that I left running since last night. LimeWire is really something else... I highly recommend it, especially if you're sick and tired of Kazaa's idiosyncrasies. I'm happy that it's working like a charm; it'll give me something else to do other than stare at the blank cursor that is supposed to mark the beginning of Chapter 31.

I woke up rather early this morning, and since I had depleted my storage of creative energy the other night by writing out as many profiles of the Endtimes characters that I could manage, I was feeling listless enough to leave for Foreigner's Filipino class early, which I did. I couldn't remember where I was seated until the role call started up. There's something utterly confounding against brown wooden chairs in rows and columns in that sense. Extremely hostile to a sluggish, sleep-ridden brain stuck in between the process of remembering and tuning the rest of the world out.
Half of the class was late, but the session was good; having my current teacher is a refreshing experience from the last time. It's always good to study under someone who doesn't think that your whole class is stupid or something. Got a little carried away with the group activity wherein we have to write a paragraph containing the words emissary, vociferously, shine, crawl, hurl, maudlin, intercemine, manna and Pitimini (the last one is something our teacher actually made up).
Since we were dismissed fifteen minutes before 11 o clock (more than an hour early), I hung around in the Cafeteria with some of my classmates. We talked about our current teacher, our high schools, and our trouble with the male species. Khursten dropped in and joined us for a bit. It was cool.
Sonetto texted me on the pretense of meeting up since he had been in the area. It was a shame that Smart decided to lag at that moment, thus making it all too little, too late.
Read Neil Gaiman's Endless Nights on the way home; once I started, I couldn't put it down. Was pleasantly dizzy over lunch, where I ate with my mother, who was troubling herself over the lack of color coordination in our Christmas decorations. Went out with her and two of my brothers to go to a bazaar. Shopped till I dropped. I now have to clean out my closets and drawers. Again.
About 15 minutes before this moment, I suddenly remembered that I have papers due in English 12 and Literature 14, respectively. Saturdays has become the ultimate Deadline Days, it seems.
Watched the Xenosaga ending. It isn't worth it.
On a final note, mother is still negotiating with Father over the large amount of money I wish to withdraw to indulge myself and spread Commercial Christmas Joy to my friends at the end of this near. I pray that such talks bring good tidings.

kae, an 18-year-old girl who considers herself a piece of God's driftwood in the tide that is reality. Curls up in front of her computer when she isn't on the ateneo de manila campus, and loves to write stories, especially if they are about boys bonking other boys. Buy her Cherry Coke and maybe a box of Strawbery-flavored Pocky, and she will give you her soul.
